Although Nigerian "public" universities were NOT closed for up to two years, one can actually say that they were shut for "almost two years" as 18 months equal a year and 6 six months. So, Mr Ogundamisi is not exactly wrong. If we are also to consider that he meant 2 academic years, he would not be wrong still because students actually lost more than 2 academic years. They lost 3!

Actually, the ballot paper was signed and stamped at the polling unit by the presiding officer. It is on the stamp that there is a date and this confirms the validity of the ballot paper.
