Dubawa found that the incident in the video happened in May this year.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Full Text<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the fuel tank explosion in Freetown on 5th November 2021, which left over ninety people dead and many others severely injured, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Tl_U99tNxxE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">video<\/a> of a similar incident was shared on social media claiming to have been recorded a few days after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this video, people with buckets and other containers are seen rushing to collect a liquid substance spilling from a white tanker which had tipped over.
