DUBAWA went to the polling centre, 30292, where polling officials and independent political party observers on site\u2013 Prince Diah, Emmanuel Beaduay, and Jerald Zeekeh told the team that indeed four ballot papers were pre-marked prior to voting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSo when we came, while counting the ballot papers, we discovered two papers that were already marked but we did not see the particular candidate it was marked on.
