The claim was also widely circulated on other social media channels like WhatsApp. Following the post, <a href=\"https:\/\/sierraloaded.sl\/news\/sierra-leone-hospitality-tourism-association-laments-travel-tax\/?fbclid=IwAR34D4P7TdJt9x2cbwXeIqC8JFSQf8YLNL9D5vJN8Vz9TEHa_8oyWJoftFE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sierra Loaded<\/a> did a story where the Hospitality Association raised major concerns about how bad this could be for their industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">DUBAWA checked the<a href=\"http:\/\/102.140.108.71\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">website of the Ministry of Transport<\/a>. The platform has not been updated in a while, so it was impossible to get any credible information on this subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">However, the Ministry of Information debunked the claim on behalf of the Transport and Aviation Ministry.
