FINDING:\u00a0MTN says it has no agreement with the Imo state government to switch off its network in parts of Imo on election day. The network provider says its service \u201cremains fully operational across Nigeria\u201d. We also contacted a special adviser to the Imo state governor, Collins Ughalla, who denied the claim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
