The International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN), a unit at the Poynter Institute, in collaboration with partners at Za\u0161to ne, has unveiled the website for the 11th annual GlobalFact Fact-Checking Summit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angie Holan, IFCN\u2019s director, revealed in an email addressed to verified signatories that the three-day summit<\/a>, scheduled to commence from June 26 to June 28, 2024, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will convene experts and stakeholders in fact-checking globally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets for in-person and virtual attendance are available on the website<\/a>. Verified signatories can avail reduced-price tickets priced at $199 using the discount code “SIGNATORY” during checkout. However, it’s crucial to note that only 300 in-person spots have been reserved for verified signatories, emphasising the importance of early registration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNotably, select mainstage sessions will be live-streamed to accommodate virtual participation for those unable to attend in person,\u201d Ms Holan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
