We noticed that the video footage has existed since <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PIDOMNIGERIA\/status\/1703733756924744023?t=cjo-mi9VLmN0e3d5oCpDuA&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The context of the video post suggests how the army permitted armed Fulani terrorists to walk around and have peace talks with some communities in Katsina State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, we came across similar posts posted on X in 2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/simon_ekpa\/status\/1707077165156634658?t=DPH1ti1oGFrRhu9CaudA6A&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/biafra4ever\/status\/1705080795319214219?t=dFVemwUVU5FMZGieqrQkmQ&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>, showing the video is not recent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Also, on Sept. 19, 2023, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.channelstv.com\/2023\/09\/19\/defence-headquarters-probing-video-of-soldiers-in-dialogue-with-bandits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Channels<\/a> reported on the Defence Headquarters (DHQ)\u2019s decision to investigate the soldiers who were found dialoguing with the Fulani terrorists.
