It has been over a year since President Joseph Boakai’s United Party-led government assumed office. Since then, Liberians have discussed progress made under the President\u2019s administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outlining the government\u2019s one-year achievements, former Deputy Minister of Commerce Madam Jamima Wolokollie<\/a> said President Boakai’s government has constructed 19 kilometres of Ganta to Saclepea road. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said the entire kilometre to be constructed from Ganta to Saclapea is 39, saying, \u201cFrom Ganta to Saclepea, we have done 19 kilometres of that road.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madam Wolokolie can be heard at the 2:17:13 to 2:17:16 of a radio show<\/a> on OK FM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We contacted the Minister of Public Works, Roland Giddings<\/a>, for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through a text message, Giddings confirmed that the Ganta to Saclepea road is 39 kilometres, saying, \u201cWeah\u2019s government completed 19 kilometres.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added that the remaining 20 kilometres are \u201cexpected to be completed by the UP government.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
