He further mentioned that the alleged new goalkeeper would cost Man United \u00a345 million. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DUBAWA observed that as of Tuesday, April 15, 2025, the Facebook post had generated 666 likes and nine shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Facebook users seemed to agree with the British billionaire\u2019s alleged decision to whisk Onana away from the 13-time Premier League-winning club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOnana is not good,\u201d Andrew Joseph wrote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe is the worst goalkeeper we ever have,\u201d Itz Junior commented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe must go,\u201d Leader Keen Cassim reacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DUBAWA conducted a Google keyword search for the alleged replacement but found no official news story or credible news outlet reporting such a development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man United<\/a> has also not officially announced the 29-year-old\u2019s replacement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, we came across an interview<\/a> conducted by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in March 2025. Ratcliffe expressed his sentiments about Man United\u2019s status quo, including its operations, squad, finances, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the interview, the co-owner referenced some players\u2014 Onana, Carlos Casemiro, Rasmus Hojlund\u2014 whose inefficiencies continue to linger as they were \u201cinherited\u201d and would still be part of Man United\u2019s future. This means that despite the club purchasing the trio before Ratcliffe became a co-owner, he can do little to nothing since they still have more time in their contract agreement with Man United. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
