A social media blog, Shine Liberia, alleged<\/a> that employees at the National Port Authority have not received benefits for months. As of November 13, 2025, the post had 133 comments, 159 likes, and 16 shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the commenters rubbished the post by the online blog as \u201clies and fake propaganda intended to target the NPA Boss.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our researcher contacted Shine Liberia to provide evidence to back the claim, but the blog refused to respond to the inquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The researcher then contacted Jusu Kamara<\/a>, the Director of Public Relations at the National Port Authority, who denied the allegation against the Port Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe National Port Authority (NPA) under the leadership of Managing Director Hon. Sekou A.M. Dukuly is current on all employee benefits and social welfare obligations. Salaries, medical benefits, insurance coverage, and other entitlements are being regularly honoured in line with the Authority\u2019s internal human resource policies and the Civil Service standards. Contrary to the misinformation being circulated, there has been no delay or backlog in staff benefits or welfare payments.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
