One of such claims was shared by a Facebook user,&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid0JtC1qdryvi2LkdJg8ujG5AT8WUAuHBX7d9GjawaMDXGauiNgikeR3EZTo8TRMFBal&amp;id=100045625512565&amp;mibextid=wwXIfr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@Teda vibes<\/a>, who <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid0JtC1qdryvi2LkdJg8ujG5AT8WUAuHBX7d9GjawaMDXGauiNgikeR3EZTo8TRMFBal&amp;id=100045625512565&amp;mibextid=wwXIfr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alleged<\/a> that youth in Abia state captured over 30 armed Fulani Jihadists inside a forest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full caption attached to the post reads,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe attackers were found with AK-47 rifles, explosives, and heavy bomb materials. The search results led to several posts referencing the abduction of a man named Edwin Achi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to one news report, Edwin Achi was the Priest in charge of Ebenezer Anglican Church in Ungwan Maijero, Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State. He hailed from Umuaja in Delta State\u2019s Ukwuani Local Government Area.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the night of Oct. 8, 2025, armed bandits stormed his residence in Nissi village, abducting him together with his wife and daughter. The kidnappers reportedly demanded a <a href=\"https:\/\/tribuneonlineng.com\/kaduna-kidnapped-priests-family-appeal-to-president-tinubu-for-rescue\/amp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ransom<\/a> of \u20a6600 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approximately a month later, on Nov. 27, 2025, the Diocese of Kaduna officially <a href=\"https:\/\/punchng.com\/abducted-kaduna-anglican-priest-dies-in-captivity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced<\/a> that Reverend Achi had died while in captivity.
