The medical article explained that the WHO recognises that traditional, complementary and alternative medicine has many benefits and Africa has a long history of traditional medications and practitioners that play an important role in providing care to populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">It affirms that even if therapies are derived from traditional and natural practice, establishing their efficacy and safety through rigorous clinical trials is critical.
