Nonetheless, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_states_with_nuclear_weapons\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">some countries<\/a> such as the United States, Russia, France, China, Britain, Pakistan, India, Israel, Iran, and North Korea still have and continue to develop them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yet, notwithstanding the reality around the production of the Nuclear weapon and the fact that it is only available in\u00a0 few advanced nations, a Twitter user, Kingsley Uba Dike (@uba_dike) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/uba_dike\/status\/1405604684438646787?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claims<\/a> that a Russian-based Biafran has not only built a Nuclear missile but has also named it the \u2018Biafran Satan 404\u2019.
