Pre-marked ballots have been discovered at Precinct 30292 Smythe Road, Old Road– DECH Media posted on their Facebook page.

Findings
DUBAWA went to the polling centre, 30292, where polling officials and independent political party observers on site– Prince Diah, Emmanuel Beaduay, and Jerald Zeekeh told the team that indeed four ballot papers were pre-marked prior to voting.
“So when we came, while counting the ballot papers, we discovered two papers that were already marked but we did not see the particular candidate it was marked on. There were another two that were again marked mistakenly while the ballot papers issuer was giving out the ballot and we removed the four papers from the rest of the papers,” Emmanuel Beaduay said.
