CLAIM: A video was posted on Facebook by user @kelvin Lewis TV, who claimed that election materials/ballot papers had been tampered with before arriving at a polling unit in Imo State.
FINDING: A close look at the ballot shows it was marked “2023 GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION, RIVER STATE”. This shows that the video circulated is from the last general election in Rivers State, not from the off-cycle elections in Imo.
