Reuben Amorim-led Manchester United is rejuvenating its squad this season after making key signings.
The recruitments of Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Sesko have given Manchester United fans a glimpse of hope, especially after the Red Devils’ traumatic defeats last season.
As obtained from Al Jazeera, Manchester United finished the 2024/2025 season 42 points behind West Ham.
With great anticipation, Amorim is looking forward to turning this around after a successful pre-season with his squad.
In what appears to support the resurgence of the glory days for United, a popular sports page, Best Football News, posted a video of Rihanna’s new song for Manchester United.
The caption on the video reads, “Rihanna has released a new song for Manchester United. Enjoy.”
As of the 16th August, 2025, when the claim was posted, it has already gained 9.2k likes, 309 comments and 1.4k shares.
The song sparked mixed reactions among social media users.

DUBAWA decided to fact-check the claim due to its potential to mislead the public.
Verification
Firstly, DUBAWA conducted a Google keyword search and found that no credible news agency reported the claim.
Secondly, we verified the claim on Rihanna’s official Instagram and Facebook accounts and found no evidence supporting it.
Thirdly, we searched for the song on Rihanna’s Spotify and Apple Music accounts, but the song was not found there.
Furthermore, DUBAWA observed that the video has features of AI-generated content.
- Visual Inconsistencies: We observed that the visuals were inconsistent.
- Unauthentic vocal: We observed that the voice is not Rihanna’s original voice.
- Unreal movements: Cunha, Sesko, and Mbeumo’s movements and gestures were unreal. The frame was captured from a Pre-season match when they were introduced to Manchester United fans.
- Video Source: We found that the video was originally uploaded on YouTube by Al Modiveza.
- Identity of Source: Our investigation found that Al Modiveza is an Al-generated hub that produces Al-generated videos. Al Modiveza has 10.1k subscribers and has produced 276 Al-generated videos.
Conclusion
Our investigation found that Rihanna had not composed any songs for Manchester United at the season’s opening.

I thought since it’s meta creation it won’t be problem
