Real Madrid forward Rodrygo Goes underwent successful surgery on his right knee after suffering a serious injury on March 2, 2026, against Getafe.
The Brazilian international tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and external meniscus.
The operation was carried out at Hospital Olympia in Madrid by Dr. Manuel Leyes, under the supervision of Real Madrid’s medical staff.
The Club confirmed that the procedure went smoothly and that Rodrygo would begin a lengthy rehabilitation process.

The claim induced mixed views among its followers. While some believed it’s AI, some believed it.

Firstly, DUBAWA conducted a Google search for the claim and found that it had not been reported by any credible news agency.
Secondly, our investigation found that Rodrygo underwent his surgery
On Tuesday, 10th March, 2026.
The Club’s report suggests that he
would begin his rehabilitation in the hospital that month.
We also ran the photo through an AI image detector, and the result showed it’s 96% AI.
