Verdict: False! There is no court record, testimony, subpoena, or credible news report verifying that Justin Bieber has admitted to or testified about any such sexual relationship with Diddy or Meek Mill. The entertainment world has been rocked in recent months by high-profile allegations involving music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, including federal investigations, home raids, and multiple lawsuits alleging abuse and trafficking.
Amid this legal firestorm, a viral meme began circulating across Facebook, claiming that Justin Bieber testified in court and admitted to sleeping with both Diddy and Meek Mill. The post includes a screenshot of what appears to be a breaking news alert or court excerpt, accompanied by a blurred image of Diddy and Bieber lying in bed together.
This claim quickly spread, garnering tens of thousands of views and shares, with commenters shocked by what they believed was an official court confession. Due to its sensational nature and viral spread, DUBAWA deemed it essential to verify this claim. Given the rising public interest in the Diddy federal case, which involves serious allegations of trafficking and misconduct, it is crucial to scrutinise such claims, particularly when they involve high-profile celebrities whose reputations and legal implications can be impacted and may constitute character defamation if false.
The rise of deepfakes, AI-generated misinformation, and Photoshop-driven hoaxes has made it critical to verify viral claims with solid evidence. Moreover, as this issue touches on sexuality, reputation, and legal credibility, responsible reporting and verification are essential.
Verification
1. Media Monitoring & Absence of Credible Reports
DUBAWA conducted a thorough scan through credible international and U.S.-based media sources, including BBC News, CNN, Reuters, NBC News, and The New York Times. These statements show no mention of Justin Bieber having testified or made any such statement concerning Diddy’s ongoing legal issues. There is also no reference to this claim on TMZ or Billboard, outlets known for covering celebrity legal involvements in detail.
2. Court Record & Legal Reporting Review
DUBAWA reviewed publicly available court records and legal journalism from USA Today, Law360, and the New York Post.
As of the time of this report, there was no publicly available U.S. Federal court document listing Justin Bieber as:
• A witness,
• A subpoenaed individual, or
• A person of interest in any filing.
Additionally, USA Today’s May 16, 2025, coverage included a comprehensive list of celebrities mentioned or subpoenaed. Bieber’s name was not among them. A broadcast by NBC News directly stated during coverage of the ongoing Diddy legal proceedings that “Justin Bieber is not testifying and he’s not mentioned in court.” All of the above shows Justin Bieber’s very “non-connection” in Diddy’s trial, let alone his admitting or testifying during the ongoing trial.
3. Image Verification (AI Detection Test)
DUBAWA conducted an AI Detection test on the photo attached to the viral meme, which allegedly shows Justin Bieber and Sean “Diddy” Combs in bed together. The analysis revealed that the image contains 94.3% AI-generated content, indicating a high probability that the picture was fabricated using artificial intelligence tools
.
This result strongly suggests that the image is not authentic and was likely created to mislead viewers into believing that there is photographic evidence supporting the claim. The photo fails to meet any standard of visual credibility and does not originate from any known or verified source.
Therefore, using this manipulated image to suggest that Justin Bieber testified in court or had any involvement in the Diddy legal case is entirely misleading and unsupported by facts.
4. Justin Bieber’s Legal Team & Socials
DUBAWA further checked Justin Bieber’s official platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, and there was no mention or comment on the claim. Furthermore, despite wide media attention, his management team or legal representatives have acknowledged any involvement in the case. Additionally, according to NBC News, the legal representative/ spokesperson of Justin Bieber has openly said that,
“Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’ victims, there are individuals whom he genuinely harmed; a shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve,” TMZ reported the same.
Conclusion
The claim that Justin Bieber admitted to sleeping with Meek Mill and Diddy in court is false. No court records, testimonies, or verified news reports support this. The image is untraceable, and the post is based on fabricated material. While the Diddy investigation is ongoing, Bieber has not been linked officially or unofficially to the case. Sharing such defamatory misinformation undermines public trust, damages reputations, and contributes to online disinformation.
DUBAWA urges the public to be vigilant about viral claims, especially those lacking attribution or credible reporting, and to always verify before sharing.
