Verdict: False! The National Elections Commission (NEC) has not declared Edith Gongloe-Weh the winner of the just-ended elections.

The National Elections Commission (NEC)—the constitutionally mandated body responsible for conducting and announcing elections in Liberia according to Article 83(c) of the 1986 constitution— has not declared any winner of the Nimba County senatorial by-election.
