Kelvin J. Dennis, commonly known as King Dennis, is a Liberian Kolaquá (local English) artist who came to the spotlight in 2023 with a viral freestyle that displayed the 26 letters of the alphabet. The artist, also known as “Trouble Coming,” is managed by Bilikon Entertainment.
However, on June 10, 2025, The Midnight Blogs took to Facebook claiming the artist was dead. According to the blog, the artist got involved in an accident that led to his sudden demise.
He said, “Very sad our ABC rapper just died in a terrible accident around a red light. Don’t skip without RIP.”

The post accumulated 420 reactions, 314 comments, and 299 shares. Social media users argued about its credibility. The mixed responses led DUBAWA to initiate a fact-check.
Verification
DUBAWA sent a message via WhatsApp to King Dennis. Even though he did not directly reply to the message, the artist posted on Facebook two hours after clarifying that he is not dead. The post can be found here.
